At Hillsdale, Kiley acted in Henry V and Our Town. She served as the Dance Captain for the spring musicals She Loves Me and Bright Star her junior and senior year. This role consisted in leading all choreography rehearsals and implementing adjustments for the ensemble as the choreographer was only there once a week to set the choreography.

Kiley was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival for her work on She Loves Me.

While at Hillsdale, Kiley performed in Henry V and Our Town and directed A.A. Milne’s one act play The Ugly Duckling for the 2022 student works festival.
